Meet the Team
Kat
Owner
Kat Newman is a non-denominational officiant, writer, speaker and MC. She is a Florida Notary Public, who may also officiate outside the state (depending on local laws or if the couple is already legally married). She is passionate about her calling and specializes in the "personal touch."
Kat received a degree in Elementary Education in her native New York but entered the corporate world instead. She lives in South Florida with her beloved cat and a balcony full of plants (gardening is her other love). Making people laugh and think and leaving the world a better place is what keeps her going!
Jill and Brian
Jill hails from the shore in South Jersey. She started her career in event planning at the age of 16. After graduating from the University of South Florida, she moved to The Florida Keys and jumped right into the wedding world where she soon realized
designing/planning and constructing weddings was her passion. She also easily added Officiant to her list of talents! She takes pride in working closely
with couples to create their ceremonies. Jill exudes her natural high energy and laid-back style in everything she does!
She is married to Brian who ALSO officiates. We are so pleased to have Brian joining our team; bringing “masculine energy” to our ceremonies. Jill and Brian reside in their beautiful home in Marathon, with their precious kitty.
Bobbie
In her words:
“A longtime resident of the Florida Keys, I had my first experience officiating a wedding when I was asked to do so by a close friend. Then another friend asked, and another, and that was it. I was hooked! I think I’m just addicted to other people’s happiness!
When I’m not officiating, I love crafting, my family, and anything to do with being in or on the ocean!”

Bobbie has been married to Cliff, a talented local musician for 40 years. They are proud parents and grandparents. In addition, they currently are pet parents to a dog, a giant tortoise and welcome birds and squirrels to their beautiful garden.
Bobbie has been with our team since 2020.
Luisa
In addition to being a certified wedding planner, she is also a sweet and enthusiastic wedding officiant offering her talents in both English and Spanish.

Annie
I live in Key Largo and reside with my husband Randy, a charter boat Captain and our 2 beautiful Schnauzers, Harley & Camilla. We love being grandparents!
"One of my passions is performing wedding ceremonies. It all started back in the early 2000’s when I was asked by friends if I would perform a wedding ceremony for them. Of course, I was honored to have been asked for such a special occasion.
Since then, I have performed hundreds of ceremonies and every time I perform one, I always get goosebumps. I love seeing all of the emotions, the smiles, and tears of joy."
